Delivery

We deliver for a fee of 70¢/mile to & from your exact location, this includes if you want to meet at a closer distance. This will be charged in total with your order before delivery which is why you need to give us the correct & exact address. If we are in the middle of delivering your order & you decide you no longer want us to deliver or just want to cancel your order, you will not get the delivery fee refunded. Why? Because we just burnt gas to have a delivery get cancelled! There will be no excuse that will change my mind because this is confirmed over the phone immediately before we leave. Therefore, cancel before or during being notified that we are out for delivery! We will be in touch throughout the whole process!

With that being said we take payments using PayPal, which is done while over the phone for deliveries & holding fees. This is done first, we don't have you pay for your livestock in full until we have delivered. Once we meet to exchange any livestock, then we can finish the payment using PayPal or with cash.

Shipping

We only ship eggs in the mail, we do not ship live chicks or goslings! Chick & gosling orders will be filled before any eggs orders, so keep that in mind. We will begin shipping chicken eggs starting in March, if they're starting to lay consistently & goose eggs in February\March. If eggs are available before then we will notify you. WE CAN NOT GUARENTEE HATCH RATES! Temperature fluctuations, rough handling, as well as incubation factors can affect the hatch rate. WE DO NOT REPLACE HATCHING EGGS DUE TO LOW/NO HATCH RATES OR IMPROPER HANDLING IN THE MAIL! We do guarantee that we have taken the proper packaging & security of eggs before we ship by sending you a photo of the eggs & what we used to do so. We cannot control how they are handled in the mail, therefore we cannot guarantee their outcome after they're mailed. We mark every box with "FRAGILE" & "Hatching Eggs - DO NOT X-RAY". By purchasing hatching eggs from us, you agree you have read and understood this policy.
