Goat meat

Our goats are butchered at a state inspected facility which helps maintain the quality & goodness. That being said you can know that the meat is safe for consumption with no contamination, and is properly handled, packaged, & labeled with accurate information.

Most of the time we already have packaged meat ready to sell but in times that we don't & you're wanting meat, you will have to reserve a goat for slaughter. The reserve cost is the cost of  the processing. This is only refundable if you cancel before the day of slaughter. If you decide to cancel your order after the processing of the goat, you will not be refunded the cost of reservation. That's pretty self explanatory.

You have two options. One being the purchase of a whole goat, the other being your choice of cut & how you want it cut. These four cuts being the loin, shoulder, rump, & leg.
