Our goats are butchered at a state inspected facility which helps maintain the quality & goodness. That being said you can know that the meat is safe for consumption with no contamination, and is properly handled, packaged, & labeled with accurate information.

Most of the time we already have packaged meat ready to sell but in times that we don't & you're wanting meat, you will have to reserve & buy a whole goat. The reserve cost is the cost of  the processing.
